We offer standard shipping across the continental US, with orders typically processing within 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. We offer a 5-year warranty on stainless steel components and a 1-year warranty on other parts against manufacturing defects.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return shipping label.
Are PlanetBox products microwave safe?
Our stainless steel products are not microwave safe. However, they are excellent for oven use (up to 400°F) and refrigerator storage.
