We want you to love your PlanetBox products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your eco-friendly gear isn't the perfect fit for your home, we are here to help simplify the return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original boxes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original stainless steel components and accessories are included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
